Health test before marriage.........your thots on ithis issue

As our love relationship grows should we take some precaution health wise b/4 it gets deeper n deeper....into....Engagement n then Marriage...................health test such as.....blood types, test genetics similarities, 4 Sickle Cell Anemia..........HIV test......DNA to reduce da risk of giving birth to abnormal babies or to know if a woman can have babies or not.......or most importantly to test one is not getting married to an illegitimate child by ones parents.....STD Test........and so on.....................so that some marriages could be saved or not happen at all.............Hmmmmm.....
